Welcome to my corner of the internet. My name is Kayleigh Jay, and I’m so grateful you’ve decided to join me on this journey. I was born on December 22nd in Jacksonville, Florida, and today, I’m writing to you not just as a survivor, but as someone who has come through the darkest of times and emerged stronger, with a renewed sense of purpose.

My life has been a whirlwind of challenges—struggles with abuse, addiction, and alcoholism that seemed insurmountable at times. Yet, through immense pain and perseverance, I have found a path to recovery and a life that is not just about surviving but thriving. I’m incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by a loving family, including my wife and our six wonderful children, who have been my pillars of support and sources of immense joy.

In this blog, I aim to share my story with honesty and openness, hoping to offer solace and hope to anyone who might be walking a similar path. My intention is to provide a space where we can explore the trials and triumphs of overcoming adversity together, where every struggle and victory is a step towards healing and growth.

You’ll find stories from my past, reflections on my journey through addiction and recovery, and insights into the everyday challenges and triumphs of building a life filled with purpose and joy.
